Canine Etiquette

Does your dog know basic skills in the classroom, but is have trouble applying them in "real life"? The Canine Etiquette series are advanced training focused on one specific behavior or challenge such as polite walking, trusty recalls, and proper greeting of people. There are four classes within each series.

Prerequisites: Family Dog Foundation skills or equivalent skillset
Length: This class meets for one hour, once per week for four weeks.
Cost: $110 plus CT sales tax

What you need to bring to class:

  • A hungry dog!
  • A clicker
  • A few different types of treats that your dog finds rewarding. They should be soft, small (think "pea" sized) and a little stinky
  • Optional: A mat for your dog to relax on
Cancellation Policy: There is a 48 hour cancellation policy in effect for training services. With more than 48 hours notice prior to the start of the first class within a series, you may reschedule or obtain a refund. Once you've started in a series of classes, there is no credit, refund, or rescheduling available.
